EVENT DETAILS:

The Canadian Tamil Professionals Association (CTPA) is pleased to present its 12th Annual Fundraising Gala, the Black & White Affair, taking place on December 27th, 2024! Join us for an exciting evening of great entertainment, networking, dancing, cocktails, and a lavish sit-down dinner. All proceeds from this event will be used to fund and subsidize CTPA's non profit events and initiatives for 2025.

Please note that this is a 25+ event, and a valid Government ID must be presented on the day of. Doors will open at 5:30pm for Cocktail Hour guests and at 7:00pm for general guests; doors will close promptly at 8:00pm. Any attendees who arrive past 8:00pm will not be permitted to enter the venue. The dress code is cultural wear, so please come dressed in your best suit, lehenga, or saree!

For group orders of 10 tickets, you have the option to request a reserved table. Reservation requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Networking Cocktail Hour:

For only $10 more, elevate your experience by joining our exclusive networking Cocktail Hour! From 5:30pm to 7:00 pm, you’ll have the opportunity to network with fellow professionals, industry guests, sponsors, and CTPA members. Indulge in special appetizers, along with complimentary drinks exclusively for Cocktail Hour attendees! Quantities are limited.

*Please note that these Cocktail Hour standalone tickets are only applicable to those who have already purchased their general admission ticket to the Black & White Affair. If you have not purchased your Black & White Affair ticket, please purchase your Cocktail Hour ticket through the original event registration page. All Cocktail Hour tickets must be accompanied by a Black & White Affair ticket!*
