Terms and Conditions:
Ticket quantities are limited and will be sold until the maximum capacity is reached. Attendees must be 23 years or older (born in 2002 or earlier). All attendees must provide valid Government ID on the day of the event, which will be verified during registration. Government ID should match the information in your registration. There should be no spelling errors. There will be no refunds, and tickets are non-transferable. Registration and Boat Access will open at 8PM and the boat will depart the dock at 9PM, NO ACCESS TO THE BOAT AFTER DOCK DEPARTURE. Attendees should make arrangements to arrive as early as possible. Blacklist will be in effect for the Black & Water event. Event hosts and its representatives have unrestricted rights to use photographs, videos, and voice recordings of event attendees for publicity and marketing purposes. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Intoxication policy: 

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment, we encourage responsible consumption of alcohol. Any behavior that is disruptive, aggressive, or poses a risk to others due to intoxication will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest who appears intoxicated or who does not comply with our policies. Guests who violate this policy may result in being barred from future events by Event Hosts. We strongly encourage guests to plan safe transportation to and from the event.
